The Structural Gap in Community Care
The U.S. healthcare system concentrates resources in facilities. Workforce distribution and reimbursement lag behind where people live and receive clinical services.

Founder & CEO
Michaela Lindahl, MSN, MPH, RN
is a nurse executive and clinical operator with more than two decades of leadership across primary care, public health, and community-based health systems.
She builds high-functioning clinical infrastructure during periods of growth and transition — aligning workforce strategy, operational performance, and patient outcomes at scale.
Mobile CARE™ represents her commitment to designing nurse-led care models that extend beyond traditional clinic walls and are built for sustainability, partnership, and measurable impact.
Governance
Mobile CARE™ is structured as a public benefit clinical enterprise with community-informed advisory oversight.
Clinical, community, and policy leaders guide development, operational standards, and scale to ensure measurable accountability, financial sustainability, and alignment with the communities served.
Mobile CARE™ operates as an independent clinical entity — enabling responsible system partnerships while maintaining community-centered governance and decision authority.

CARE Is Both Our Values and Our Operating Model.
Mobile CARE is built on four principles that guide our operating framework and shapes governance, workforce design, reimbursement strategy, and performance standards.
C - Community
Community leadership is embedded in governance and operational design.
We co-design services with local stakeholders, hire from the neighborhoods we serve, and build long-term presence rather than episodic outreach.
Independent governance ensures community accountability remains central as we scale responsibly.
A - Access
Access extends beyond appointments.
We deliver licensed, nurse-led primary care services in community settings and advance reimbursement models that make community-based care financially sustainable.
Access includes insurance navigation, social support coordination, and continuity beyond a single encounter.
R - Reach
Reach is infrastructure.
Mobile delivery, modern technology, and coordinated partnerships allow care to extend beyond traditional clinic walls while maintaining clinical standards and data integrity.
Reach enables scalable deployment without sacrificing accountability or clinical integrity.
E - Everyone
Everyone means structural inclusion.
We provide care regardless of insurance status, residency, or ability to pay and intentionally build a workforce that reflects the communities served.
Equity is operationalized through hiring, governance, and measurable outcomes.
Built as Infrastructure
Beyond our values and operating model, Mobile CARE is a public benefit enterprise built to integrate clinical delivery, workforce strategy, measurable outcomes, and aligned financing from inception.
Clinical Delivery
Mobile CARE delivers licensed, nurse-led primary care and social support directly in community settings.
Designed for continuity, before, between, and beyond visits, integrating coordinated follow-up, modern tools and relationship-based practice.
Licensed care, delivered differently.
Workforce Strategy
Community nursing anchors the model.
Mobile CARE builds structured training pathways, local hiring pipelines, and long-term workforce investment to ensure teams reflect and remain rooted in the communities served.
Community care requires community-rooted teams.
Measurement & Accountability
Measurement is embedded in operations.
Mobile CARE tracks outcomes, utilization, and cost impact to support responsible scale and aligned reimbursement.
Measurement drives sustainable growth.
Reimbursement &
Policy Alignment
Sustainable community-based care requires aligned payment models.
Mobile CARE operates within existing reimbursement structures while advancing financing strategies that support licensed clinical services delivered in community settings.
Financial sustainability enables community-centered care.
